- Role as Authorized Reseller: This website operates as an independent distribution channel. All orders placed here are fulfilled in partnership with the official manufacturer. By purchasing, you enter into a contract governed by these terms and the manufacturer’s supply policies.
- Order Processing & Cancellation: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You have a 12-hour window from the moment of purchase to request a cancellation or shipping address correction. After this window, the order is processed for logistics and cannot be modified.
- Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery time is 5 to 20 calendar days. Please note that logistics may be affected by customs, national holidays, or force majeure. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
- Logistics & Returns: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to the designated fulfillment center (e.g., 4PX or local partner hubs) provided by our support team. Items returned to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.
