  • Eligibility: You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in brand-new, unused condition, and in original packaging.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact us at support@get-puricell.com with your Order ID and photos of the item.
    2. We will provide the nearest return hub address (e.g., USA, Germany, France, UK, or Lithuania).
    3. You must provide a valid tracking number for the return shipment.
  • Costs: Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: In the event of a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement after reviewing photographic evidence.
  • Final Sale Items: Products purchased with promotional discounts or gift vouchers are subject to limited return/exchange options as per the manufacturer’s seasonal policy.
